Chances of Korea escalation low: analyst

As tensions mounted on the Korean peninsula on Wednesday after North Korea cut all ties with its southern neighbour in protest at claims that it had torpedoed one of Seoul's warships, an analyst in Seoul said the crisis was 'pretty serious' but added that 'the likelihood of escalation into a full-scale war is low'.
