Shoulders and Arms P90X Workout Plus Ab Ripper X - Day 3

http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 3 of my 90 day adventure, and I completed the Shoulders and Arms P90X workout (along with Ab Ripper X).

I was really hurting after doing the Plyometrics DVD yesterday, so it was nice to give my legs a breather today.

Overall, I did well with today's workout and I saw imrpovements during the Ab Ripper X DVD when compared to my day 1 performance.
