How to Lose Weight Past the Plateua: Embark on a healthy lifestyle. Most all of us start on weight management programs with enthusiasm, generally after the beginning of the New Year when holiday pounds must drop. Then we hit a plateau of this is work and I cannot see much changing yet! Or we really stay with it and then for weeks the pounds just do not seem to drop no matter what we do.
