In spite of straitened circumstances in the building sector, the developers try to keep the lots they’d got before the crisis. The companies that have been working for a long time at the estate market and have already put into operation many buildings don’t sell their lots, says the manager of Zhilstroy-2 Joint-Stock Company Alexander Konyukhov. As for purchasing new lots – each company decides itself whether to do it or not.
