Zhilstroy-2 Development Company underpoured the foundation of the new building in 50-richya VLKSM Ave. According to the project it will be an economy class high-rise apartment building. The company’s representatives told us that the pricing policy for this project had made a history. The matter is the project planning and preparation for its construction fell right on the high point of the financial crisis in Ukraine. It was when the banks were refusing to trust and investors were afraid to buy apartments when the building was yet to be built, the economists of Zhilstroy-2 had to find the money for the construction. So, the company’s specialists came to a paradoxical conclusion: to sell the apartments cheaper than their self-cost. In addition, they decided to offer stable and reasonable pricing policy to the customers both at the first period of sale when the construction works have just been started and after.
