Several important things have happened this week at Los Angeles City Hall regarding medical cannabis. First, Councilman Jose Huizar wrote an OpEd (Opinion Editorial) in the LA Times. No public hearings have not be scheduled for the 2nd ordinance. And Janice Hahn made a motion to tax the cultivation of medical cannabis and to put it on 2011 city ballot
