My own clam creation. It's in between Clams Casino and Clams Oregonata. Just for the record I would like to acknowledge the fact that the aforementioned clam dishes are not authentic Italian recipes, but "Italian American" dishes. Hey, if you can't beat em' join em'! Ciao!
