A massive political storm erupted after Jharkhand minister and Congress leader Irfan Ansari claimed that forty lakh youth across India are prepared to take to the streets and warned that the situation in the country could turn worse than in Bangladesh and Nepal if public voices continue to be suppressed. Ansari asserted that public agitation brought down regimes in Bangladesh and Nepal, and credited Rahul Gandhi with holding back millions of students and youths so far. The remarks triggered sharp criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, with the BJP labelling the Congress a dangerous den of anarchists promoting mobocracy and mayhem. The VHP demanded Ansari's immediate removal from the Jharkhand cabinet over his provocative comments. Ansari further targeted the central government regarding election forms and alleged disenfranchisement of voters.

00:06BJP lambasts Jharkhand minister's remark and says Rahul and their allies believe in mobocracy.
00:12BJP says Rahul was silent on ISR's Bangladesh remark. Jharkhand minister warns of Bangladesh-like situation.
00:19It's Irfan Ansari that we're speaking of, the Jharkhand minister, who says 40 lakh youth are awaiting Rahul's orders.
00:26Public uprooted governments in Nepal and Bangladesh, Rahul has a hell 40 lakh youth.
00:32Let's listen in to both sides as we're speaking, how the BJP's in fact come out to attack the Congress
00:37on these very comments being made by their neta.
00:42Irfan Ansari's highly sinister remarks threatening Indian democracy illustrate how Rahul Gandhi's Congress and his entire ecosystem have become a
00:52dangerous den, an adda of anarchists.
00:55The alarming rhetoric of Irfan Ansari very clearly echo Rahul Gandhi's politics of mayhem and mobocracy and also mirror an
01:05anarchic agenda of the Congress ecosystem to somehow overturn the constitutional mandate given by our people through violent regime change.
01:16Satyajit Kumar joining me back on the broadcast.
01:19Satyajit, earlier as well we were discussing about the very war of words and the BJP has come out to
01:24strongly criticise these comments that's been made by Irfan Ansari.
01:29Quite on the same lines of what Neha Bora had said a few days ago, taking not just citing Bangladesh
01:35as an example whose footsteps we should be walking on but also this time bringing in Rahul Gandhi into the
01:42picture saying that you know 40 lakh people or rather young people are waiting for his orders to begin the
01:48same movement that Bangladesh had witnessed.
01:50These are quite concerning remarks coming in from a political leader at this point.
01:58Yes, Reha, Irfan Ansari categorically said that their voices are going unheard.
02:04If they want to speak in parliament, their voice is suppressed.
02:09MPs like Nisikandu are heard but they are not given an opportunity.
02:13They are not endued upon an opportunity.
02:15When they agitate on streets, their voices are suppressed and this is not a good omen.
02:21The government, the union government should learn from what has happened in Nepal and Bangladesh.
02:26This is what he said on the airport the day before yesterday during the arrival of K. Raju in charge
02:33of Congress in Jharkhand.
02:36He mentioned that they are going to continue with their agitation, Lokkantra Bachao, Vote Bachao campaign because many people have
02:45been struck off in the country and in Jharkhand as well and this is not fair.
02:49Their agitation on SIR is fair and whole lot of people, whole lot of young lords are on streets.
02:57They are raising their voice on different issues but the government is not interested to attend to it.
03:04They are not listening to it and this is not a good thing.
03:08This is what has happened in Nepal and Bangladesh and they be at the brunt also.
03:13So, this is not a good omen he said but he said that Rahul Gandhi, he categorically mentioned.
03:21Absolutely Satyajit, that's what we are seeing a lot of words over the same that we have seen play out
03:28a few days ago when Nea Bora had made similar remarks and now it's the Jharkhand Health Minister and Senior
03:34Congress Leader Dr. Irfan Ansari who has sparked this massive political controversy.
03:39Ansari said that India's condition could become worse than Bangladesh and Nepal inviting backlash from both the BJP and the
03:45VHP.
03:46Pointing towards public unrest, Ansari has claimed that 40 lakh students are prepared to hit the streets across India and
03:53that Rahul Gandhi has restrained them so far.
03:56Well, issuing a stern caution, he has asserted that Prime Minister Modi should draw lessons from these developments.
04:01Before tensions escalate, that is, BJP went all guns blazing at Jharkhand, Minister Irfan Ansari, terming it as Congress's anti
04:09-national mindset.
04:11BJP has also called Congress a group of anarchists and that Ansari was only echoing Rahul's mayhem politics.
04:17Vishwa Hindu Parishad, on the other hand, demanded a removal of Irfan Ansari from the State Cabinet, accusing him of
04:22making provocative remarks and harboring an anti-national mindset.
04:26VHP has alleged the Jharkhand minister was unable to come out of his jihadi mindset and was dreaming of replicating
04:33the situation in Bangladesh and Nepal in India.
04:37Listen in to the reactions.
04:38Even if you have aς, you have said you have said you have said that you have said you have
04:44said you have said that you have said around the town.
04:45In Nepal, in Nepal, our government is the only government.
