00:00Finally, The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake for the Switch 2 is here and I'm going to teach
00:05you how to play this into your PC.
00:07The best Switch 2 emulator for this game is the latest Eglantine emulator build.
00:12Look forward to this tutorial because I'm going to teach you how to get everything you need to get started.
00:17Right of the bat, you will not need any title and product keys from the Nintendo Switch 2, and if
00:21you do, just use your Switch 1 firmware
00:22because the emulator we will use is a Fork of Eden emulator, which is a Switch 1 emulator that is
00:27coded to run Switch 2 games.
00:28This guide is for those who legally own the game but don't know how to dump your own copy. We
00:32do not condone piracy here.
00:34I'll be teaching you how to get the game as long as you agree that you own the game or
00:38your pre-order is on the way.
00:39Get your mobile phone and scan this QR code that you see in the screen now.
00:43You will be redirected to a page wherein you can get both the emulator and Ocarina of Time remake.
00:48Once you are in the site, be sure to follow every instructions there in order to get a digital backup
00:53copy of your legally owned game.
00:55Once you have all the files, it's time to install them.
00:58Go to your computer, create new folder, name it to the name of the emulator you downloaded, and unzip it
01:04there.
01:05You have now successfully installed Switch 2 emulator into your PC.
01:09Now run the custom Eglantine emulator.
01:12Once the emulator is open, locate the game, go to file, click on load file, and locate the game you
01:16have downloaded.
01:17Now open the update folder, then the number folder, next is the exefs folder, then double click on the main
01:22file.
01:22Now the game will boot, Ocarina of Time Remake.
01:25I will not show any gameplay so that the big ol' Nintendo will not blast me off with their powerful
01:30copyright nukes.
01:31And also there is no need to show you the settings of the emulator because it is already optimized to
01:36run Switch 2 games.
01:37This guide will work with PC, Mac, Linux, and Steam Deck.
01:41So if you have some questions, just leave a message in the comment section below and I will try my
01:44best to answer all of them as fast as I can.
