Clear Image, Cloudy Floors: The Custodial Supervisors Who Look the Other Way

Another night shift, another round of doing someone else's job. This video is a direct call-out of the complete lack of accountability, work ethic, and basic professionalism from Floor Cleaning Guy Manuel Torres and his employers over at Clear Image Cleaning Service.
While the rest of the crew is busting their humps to keep operations running smoothly, we are stuck watching a supposedly "professional" floor cleaner treat a shift like a vacation. Doing one single task and then immediately retreating to the breakroom for a 45-minute TV session is not "taking a break"—it is wage theft and an absolute insult to every hard-working employee on the clock.
If Clear Image Cleaning Service prides itself on quality, they need to seriously re-evaluate who they are sending out into the field. Management completely ignoring the blatant cutting of corners and the total failure to properly buff and maintain these floors is unacceptable. We are tired of the excuses, we are tired of the laziness, and we are tired of working around people who refuse to pull their own weight.
