00:00The couple going home is
00:10Julia and Ezra
00:13Please join us for a final moment
00:18That's right, Save the Last Dance star Julia Stiles was sent home last night
00:22despite showing off an impressive paso doble to Hamilton's Satisfied
00:27but the dance did get love from Hamilton creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda
00:31who reposted it this morning
00:33writing affectionately underneath My Forever Champion and tagging Julia Stiles
00:37It was revealed in Stiles pre-tape that she had a devastating rib injury
00:41that was affecting her ability to dance
00:43Maura Higgins faced elimination in the final two last night
00:47after her Tinkerbell Jive performance that she dubbed Tinker Hell
00:51and there were two perfect scores of the night
00:53unsurprisingly coming from the two professional dancers on the season
00:57Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Dewan
00:59Jenna and Val performed a quick step to Beauty and the Beast VR guest
01:03while Jenna Johnson and Harry performed a Dick Van Dyke inspired jazz routine
01:07to supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
01:10Connor, Wood and Riley performed a waltz
01:13that judge Derek Huff said felt like watching a first dance at a wedding
01:16They performed to the song I See the Light from Tangled
01:19And speaking of Tangled, Daniela and Ezra earned praise from the judges
01:23for how they recovered from Daniela's dress getting tangled
01:26in Ezra's prosthetic leg mid-routine
01:29Guest judge Cynthia Erivo said she felt like she was riding a wave with them during the dance
01:33getting anxious when they became intertwined
01:36And a big highlight of the night was the adorable banter
01:39between Erivo and judge Bruno Tonioli
01:41Tatiana Ali danced contemporary with partner Jan to a song from Aida
01:45with Ali receiving compliments on her emotion growing through the dance
01:49And Olympic gold medalist Amber Glenn and Pasha both transformed into Hercules for Disney night
01:54It was also team dance night
01:57Later in the show, the stars split up into teams Wildcats and Slaytopia
02:01Val warned in a pre-tape that the losing team often has someone go home that night
02:06and that came true, with Julia on the team dance that scored the lowest
02:10But some fans are outraged
02:12Some claiming the show set Styles up to fail
02:15by not mentioning her injury until last night's show
02:17Styles tearfully told reporters after the show that getting eliminated was a bummer
02:22And she felt like she was just getting started
02:24Now only seven couples remain with just two live shows before the season finale
