00:00Worst thing, I want to say, is offensive execution.
00:03In the offensive line penalties and pre-snap penalties,
00:06where's the accountability?
00:08I want to see DQ get in somebody's face on the sideline.
00:11He just seems like he's content,
00:13and that's the thing that's bothering me the most.
00:16That's what Doc was saying, too, man.
00:18You know, I'll say this, though.
00:19I don't think he's content.
00:20But everybody keeps asking for somebody to get in somebody's face.
00:23If that's not who they are, I don't want that.
00:25Because I got to tell you one thing.
00:27If I knew my coach wasn't a yeller, a player wasn't a yeller,
00:31and you got in my face with something like that,
00:33that's the quickest way to get me to curse you the hell out
00:37or push you in your face and get out of my face.
00:39Guys have to be who they are and motivate how they motivate you.
00:43Everybody is not a yeller.
00:45You know, that's why I always say when coaches will come in
00:47and they were very, very, like, quiet,
00:49and then they try to be somebody else,
00:52you lose your team that way.
00:54Be who you are.
00:55They'll find out.
00:57Coach Gibbs didn't yell.
00:59You know, and everybody told my thing about it.
01:02You have to let people be who they are.
01:04They can't be who you want them to be.
