00:00How are you thinking about career now?
00:02What projects or themes or even, like, feelings do you still want to tackle?
00:07I actually feel like I'm coming to an end.
00:09And maybe it's not a bad way to end, you know, the last film being, you know, Long Day's Journey
00:15into Night and playing Mary Tyrone.
00:18There are a couple projects that, again, have been in the works forever that may or may not happen.
00:25I don't know.
00:26It doesn't seem easy to get things made anymore.
00:30I mean, at least not the kind of films that interest me.
00:33But one is about Dietrich.
00:35So I would love to do that.
00:37We touched on this with Ryan's Project Feud with Joan and Betty about what happens when an actress gets to
00:46a certain age and they're no longer viable.
00:49I mean, that was the theme with Betty and Joan.
00:52That is a recurrent theme for a lot of women, especially of that period.
00:57And in this case, it's Dietrich and what she did, where she moved on from when Hollywood was kind of
01:05finished with her.
01:06And it's a fascinating story.
01:08But we've never gotten it made.
01:09So I'll see you next time.
