00:00It was a crazy, crazy, crazy time, and we finished shooting, I think it was maybe October,
00:07maybe November, and the film came out in December. And the film came out, and suddenly,
00:13it was horrible. It felt like such a terrible invasion. Suddenly, this publicity. I remember
00:21walking on a, getting on an airplane. I was flying home to Minnesota for Christmas,
00:26getting on an airplane. And some guy was reading a Time magazine, and that was me on the cover of
00:34Time magazine in the big hand. And I started to cry. Yeah, I thought, oh my God, my life is
00:41ruined.
00:41Suddenly, I'm like this public thing. And then the reviews, of course, completely dismissed me as
00:47being like some, you know, the old dumb blonde. All except for one critic, and that was Pauline
00:53Kael. Oh my gosh, really? Only one actually had something positive to say about me. Otherwise,
00:59I was just like dismissed. And I didn't work again for three years.
