It's 3 a.m. Your homework is done, your room is spotless, you've read a whole novel twice — and the sun won't be up for three more hours. Your name is Leo. You're sixteen. And you haven't slept a single minute since you were twelve.

What if you had zero need for sleep? Over 26 extra years awake. Spanish in 75 nights. A book every night. Then an energy-drink boss offers $50,000 for 30 days live on stream, never sleeping… and the real danger turns out not to be your sleep — it's everyone else's.

What's actually true: in 1964, 17-year-old Randy Gardner stayed awake for 11 days. Microsleeps are real, caffeine only blocks the adenosine "sleepy" signal, a rare gene variant found in 2009 lets some people feel fine on about six hours, and dolphins rest one half of their brain at a time. But nobody has zero need for sleep.

Please don't copy this. Drowsy driving is dangerous: loud music and an open window won't save you. If you're sleepy behind the wheel — pull over and rest.
