00:20can find it at select drugstores and we are going to give it a whirl. You put this on like

00:26top coat which means you should have a base nail color first. I chose an OPI yellow and then you
00:35apply.
00:45Unlike other top coats you should probably be a little bit more careful about how even you get
00:49it on just because you want the glow to be pretty consistent through your nail which means
00:56you should probably put on two coats. So as you can see this product only works under a black light
01:06which is totally a bummer because you would expect it to glow in any sort of dark circumstance
01:10so I have to give this a fail considering most white nail polishes fluorescent nail polishes
01:17already glow under a black light. The only time that I can think of this actually being useful
01:22is if you wanted to have like a black nail polish look and then you knew that you were going
01:28to be
01:28in a black light situation which seems like a very very specific Halloween to me. So fail. Sorry NYC demon
