00:15Today we're testing out Nailmatics washable nail polish, which sounds
00:19interesting. Some nail polishers come up really easily, they chip really easily,
00:22and sometimes it's like clinging to your nails for dear life. And don't even talk
00:27about the fumes of regular nail polish. What about the fumes of regular nail polish?
00:31I said don't talk about the fumes. Shall we put our coats on?
00:34Let's put our coats on. Great, let's do it.
00:39So this is a French product, and it hasn't been released in the United States yet,
00:44but it will be coming. So these are geared more towards children, which I mean it
00:49says kids right on it, and they're like little cute faces. How do you feel about
00:53these colors? I like the colors. I'm not a huge pink person, but I do like pink on my nails.
00:59I like the sparkles. This one is called Super. Super? And it's like a, I'm sure it says it's,
01:05it looks like white, but I'm sure it's like a clear, sheer like sparkle. Super, like super glue.
01:10That's why it's white maybe. What's that one called? This one is purple, and it's called Piglu.
01:17P-I-G-L-O-U, so it's like Piglu. I think I'm gonna go with the big one.

01:21I'm gonna go with this white shade, but I mean, I guess it doesn't really matter since it's gonna wash
01:25up anyway.

01:34So we're gonna test these polishes by washing our hands, and then washing a plate.
01:41And we're going to see how well these hold up, or how well they wash off, I guess, right?

01:51So there's no like ball in there that shakes, shakes it around as far as I can tell.

01:58Does it smell good?
01:59It doesn't smell bad.
02:00It smells like glue, kind of.
02:02A little bit like glue.
02:03Yeah.
02:04But like a sexy glue.
02:06Like there's like a sexy fragrance.

02:08You know those French kids, they mature so fast.
02:13So far it goes on really easy.
02:15It goes on like regular nail polish, yeah.
02:17And I mean, for a nail polish that is obviously meant to just be like clear and have like a
02:22little bit of glimmer,
02:23there's a lot of glitter in there.
02:24Yeah.
02:24And there's only one coat so far.
02:26So it's pretty good, yeah.
02:27I'm finding myself having to apply two coats.
02:29It matches your jacket really beautifully.
02:32Yeah, I did that on purpose.
02:33When you're painting your nails and you go outside the lines, so to speak,
02:35and it still takes a little bit of effort to get it off of your cuticles or off of your
02:40skin.
02:40This will be really easy to clean up.
02:42That's the beauty of washable nail polish.
02:44Like I can change my nail polish every single day with my outfit.
02:47Let's let these dry and then we'll come back and put them to the test.

03:03It didn't dry super smoothly.
03:05It looks kind of clumpy.

03:14So this is what our hands look like before.
03:17For our first test, we are going to wash a dish.
03:22You know, very casually washing.
03:25Wow.
03:26This is very cathartic.

03:29Your nail polish is coming off completely.
03:32Oh my gosh.
03:33I guess that's the whole point of washable nail polish.
03:36Oh, mine's gone too, actually.
03:37Yours is actually fully gone.
03:39This is after test one.
03:41My right hand's almost completely gone.
03:44Yeah.
03:44There's still a little bit left on my left hand.
03:46Yeah, my left, I was using it less, so I think it held up.
03:50But it's just completely rinsed off, basically.
03:53It's pretty crazy.
03:54Within under a minute.
03:55Yeah.
03:55That washed off.
03:56So now test two, we're just going to wash our hands and pat dry.

04:25I would recommend this nail polish.
04:27I liked it because I paint my nails, and it's gone in a few days anyway.

04:33So might as well have it easily come off in just a simple wash.

04:37So I would definitely recommend it.
04:39Maybe next time I'll try a different color.

04:44Just seeing how easily this came off from dipping it literally in the water for 30 seconds,
04:49a minute, it comes right off.
04:50So it would be kind of pointless, in my opinion.
04:53But I would recommend it to parents of kids, because you can, like, make a whole show of
04:57painting your kid's nails, and then be like, okay, bath time!
05:00And it'll just, all of your mistakes and everything's gone.
