Line your eye with the colored liner starting on the outer edge and working your way towards the inner edge of the eye. Make the line really thick. Follow with a liquid liner in another color along the water line starting from the inner edge of the eye. Stop the line where the other colored liner ends. Repeat on the other eye. Touch up your mascara.
