First, saturate your brush with gel eyeliner. Starting from the bottom inside corner, draw short, thin, vertical lines. These lines should be just a touch longer than regular eyelash length. Work outwards. The lines should get a longer as you move closer to the outside corner of the eye, replicating the movement of real lashes. Get your inner mod girl out.
