00:18We're asking for the same basic rights we're all promised.

00:23Or if the English is our second language.
00:27If we have disabilities or different abilities.
00:30Our immigrants.
00:31Sex workers.
00:32Or need a second chance.
00:33Trans people are here.
00:35That's not going to change.
00:36But we need more than your acceptance.
00:38We need your support.
00:40Your vote.
00:40Your participation.
00:41Your voice.
00:42Your money.
00:43Your coin.
00:44Your decades.
00:45Your love.
00:46We need you to hire us.
00:47We need you to tell that comedian, that ain't funny.
00:50We need you to tell anyone infringing on others' privacy.
00:53Mind your own damn business.
00:54We need you to be open about your relationships with us.
00:57We can't do it all on our own.
00:59And our colleagues.
01:00Our friends.
01:01Our partners.
01:01Our families.
01:02Wouldn't want us to try.
01:03It's time for us all to get on board.
01:05After all, if one of the greatest advances of our day
01:08is that gender shouldn't dictate what job you do,
01:11how much you get paid,
01:12who you can marry,
01:14shouldn't it mean that your genitals don't decide those things
01:16either?
