00:00I identify as queer and femme and also as polyamorous but for me personally
00:06femme it's something that isn't super definable it's more like an attitude and
00:12a vibe like a kind of vibe and more is more it's assertive it's loud
00:18it's unapologetic experiment explore and yeah really make it your own I get
00:24told I'm bossy all the time and so for me like these different critiques or these
00:30different ways that people were telling me I wasn't meant to be or I should turn
00:34down it just made me want to be more defiantly myself and and do those things
00:41louder and prouder I definitely feel like people like freak out when you say
00:46polyamory and they're like oh you must have commitment issues polyamory means
00:51multiple loves but the annoying thing is like my mom whenever I tell her about
00:55my lovers or something she'll be like oh lovers like like it's a dirty word
01:00people will constantly devalue your relationships as though if it's not
01:05monogamy you can't be serious about this person or they're not in your life in a
01:08meaningful or supportive way which is just like not my experience at all for me my
01:13queerness isn't about who I'm it can be at times and that's amazing but it isn't
01:19always it's a value system it's a political system for me it's everything
01:24you know it's my personality I don't know why people are so afraid of it or so
01:29against it I think it's just it's very it's very personal it makes people really
01:34question themselves and people don't like to question themselves all the time
01:38it's coming from a place of respect and love you know you shouldn't judge other
01:42people you should just do what makes you happy and let others live their
01:46goddamn lives you know
