00:00Being non-binary means to me that I don't identify as either man or woman and I
00:05just I'm just winter. Generally just say I'm genderqueer, I'm non-binary. I use
00:11they them pronouns. A lot of people get angry because they go immediately to
00:15grammar and they're like this is not correct grammatically. Gender identity is
00:19a spectrum and they them is the best pronoun to use to represent that. People
00:25are starting to kind of get it slowly but surely. I don't identify with any
00:31specific identity when it comes to my style. You can feel really butch and still
00:36wear glitter and a dress and that's that's totally okay. I mean I think just
00:42for me it feels ridiculous when people make the argument of like you were born
00:46with you know whatever genitalia therefore you are this thing and I think
00:51it's ridiculous that people don't understand that your sex and your
00:55gender identity are completely separate. It makes me feel like myself. I think when
01:02I'm really relaxed and I'm with friends that I really care about and I know care
01:07about me I just feel like I'm at home with my chosen family almost like a drug
01:13of happiness. I went through a lot of evolution in terms of my gender expression
01:18where I was figuring out how I wanted people to perceive me. I realized that I
01:23was kind of trying too hard to figure it out so for me just relaxing a little and
01:30just being myself and not thinking about it constantly and not questioning
01:34everything I did helped me just to come into my own. It's a constant journey.
