03:48Number 16.
03:50Monkey
06:39Rabbits are one of the most adorable creatures and we wouldn't want them to be on this list but we
06:45must face reality.
06:47The wild is not the wild is not the coziest place to be.
06:51Survival is only granted to the rabbit.
07:20Maybe her one's Jabian widgets.
07:22It wasn't able to outrun the eagle which didn't hesitate to kill it.
07:27Number 12 Seagull
07:32For a bird that can see things that are 1.9 miles away, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have
07:37a hard time spotting seagulls.
07:40After all, their bright-colored feathers are quick to give them away.
07:43One minute they are flying with the help of their wings, and the next minute they are
07:47airlifted by the eagle's talons.
07:50Everything in the eagle's world happens so fast.
07:52We are not shown what happened next, but you can go ahead and make a wild guess and
07:57let us know in the comment section below.

08:17Number 11, Dog We'd love for man's best friend to be safe
08:24from these birds of prey, but sadly, they are not.
08:28I know, it's every dog owner's worst nightmare.
08:31It is said that sometimes, eagles attack dogs just to tease them, but other times, things
08:36end pretty badly.
08:37In which case, if the talons don't do the job, the hooked beak will finish where the talons
08:42started.
08:43I'm pretty sure you don't want to wait to find out whether the eagle is playing or
08:47hunting.
08:49And now let's jog our minds a little bit.
08:52It's riddle time.
08:53I am smart and have eyes that are keen.
08:55My image is kept in pockets with care.
08:58But you could find me in the air.
08:59What am I?
09:00Do you think you have the answer to our riddle of the day?
09:03Be the first to leave your answer in the comment section.
09:07Number 10, Bear Yes, you heard that right.
09:14A bear, a grizzly bear for that matter.
09:17This eagle must have some nerve to go attack such a huge creature.
09:22But, wait, size doesn't intimidate eagles.
09:26But I just can't bring myself to understand how this eagle had planned to take down this
09:30bear that was just minding its business.
09:33Clearly, it was caught by surprise.
09:36A slap on the head out of nowhere.
09:37Look at how clueless it was about what had just happened.
09:40The eagle seems to quickly realize that it had picked an impossible target.
09:45I highly doubt if it went back for a second attack.
09:49Number 9, Crocodile.
09:53Prepare yourself to see nature's cruel side in action.
09:56This mother crocodile covered her eggs to keep them warm and safe.
10:01The eagle appeared quite relaxed.
10:03You wouldn't even know it had an agenda in mind.
10:06A few months later, the eggs began to hatch and little crocodiles popped out.
10:11Mother crocodile even helped them get to the water to boost their chance of survival.
10:15But the nature drone, aka eagle, was quite alert.
10:19While crocodiles are the kings of sneak attacks, eagles seem to be giving them a run for their money.
10:26Barely minutes old, the eagle quickly picked one of the baby crocodiles before they could all get to the water.
10:31On its way, the mother crocodile tried to save her baby from the ruthless eagle.
10:36But its jump was not high enough.
10:39That must have been one devastated mother.
10:42Number 8, Lion.
10:47The lion may be the king of the jungle, but the eagle has no respect for titles.
10:51After all, it is the king of the sky.
10:54An eagle wastes no time when it comes to attacking, but this eagle gets points for patience.
10:59It perched on a tree branch, watching this group of lionesses and their cubs.
11:04Obviously waiting for the opportune time to carry a cub with it, the rain came and went, but this eagle
11:10was still there, silently watching.
11:13Once the lionesses were on one side and the cubs on the other, the eagle felt it was time to
11:18attack the cubs, but from the ground.
11:21Quite an unusual move as eagles operate on a pick and go basis, no landing.
11:28This eagle decided to creep up on the cubs, low and slow, but the cubs eventually noticed.
11:35So, as it got closer to the cubs, the cubs did what they do best, be playful and curious.
11:41They thought the eagle was there to play, but when it started to take defense, the cubs knew they were
11:46up against something else.
11:48They seemed to have learned about team hunting early enough as each cub took turns in attacking the eagle.
11:53Lucky for them, the eagle was weak and could barely defend itself.
11:57A lioness intervened at some point, but these little cubs got themselves a snack.
12:047. Mountain Goat
12:09Mountain Goats, like eagles, are not afraid of heights. In fact, this trait keeps them safe from predators.
12:15They may be safe from other predators, but they are at an arm's reach for eagles, and that's not a
12:20good thing.
12:21These mountain goats seemed to know that. As soon as the eagle took off, the wise ones started running down
12:26the rocks to save themselves.
12:29A not-so-smart mountain goat was still standing there and tried to flee a little too late and was
12:34about to pay for it dearly.
12:37The eagle grabbed it by the horns and dragged it from the rocks.
12:41While eagles fly with a 2kg load on its feet, this particular one was strong enough to carry way much
12:47more than that.
12:49What's more interesting is that it didn't seem to be uncomfortable at all.
12:53It flew with it for a short while before finally dropping the mountain goat from a couple of meters above
12:58the ground.
13:00That was a long way down, so gravity took over and the eagle found its meal dead and ready.
13:07If you think this is amazing, then number one will leave you in disbelief.
13:136. Snake
13:18It's hard to tell what animals can scare the hell out of an eagle, because a venom-spitting snake certainly
13:24isn't one of them.
13:26This eagle is quite aware that snakes can be sneaky and unpredictable, hence a not-so-easy target.
13:32The eagle landed just to make sure that the snake didn't get away or harm it.
13:37The snake was not about to go down without a fight, and it immediately took defense by spitting venom towards
13:43the eagle.
13:44The eagle didn't look moved at all, the most it did was take a step back.
13:49Since it had already made its mind up, the eagle went ahead and attacked the snake, squeezing every little bit
13:54of life out of it.
14:045. Kangaroo
14:09This poor marsupial had its piece unceremoniously disrupted by an eagle that had launched an aerial attack on it.
14:16For an animal that can serve one of the most powerful kicks in the world, this problem would have been
14:21solved.
14:22The only issue was that the problem in question was flying and has a pretty great eyesight and instinct.
14:29The kangaroo would have also wanted to run, but the fence wasn't giving it much space to get away.
14:35The good news is that the kangaroo had a few tricks up its sleeves.
14:38It dodged the eagle, constantly going to the opposite direction of the eagle and threw a few kicks here and
14:45there.
14:46The eagle had no choice but to abandon its mission.
14:524. Sloth
14:57In all honesty, this has got to be one of the most unfair fights. Hear me out.
15:02We are talking about a well-seasoned hunter versus the world's slowest animal.
15:08Yes, sloths take a whole minute to cover a 30-centimeter distance.
15:13You'll mostly find these sleeping beauties hanging upside down from a tree branch or clutching on a tree trunk like
15:19this sloth here.
15:20From the time the eagle had swooped down to time of capture, the sloth had barely moved.
15:26You can see that it was really trying to move fast, but it can't lift its whole body on one
15:31limb fast enough.
15:33Poor creature didn't have the chance to defend itself.
15:36And just like that, it's gone, never to be seen again.
15:413. Raccoons
15:46Raccoons are endowed with proficient little hands that can break into almost anything.
15:50It is a no wonder that they have turned into sneaky little thieves.
15:54Their dexterous hands are all they need to keep their mouths fed.
15:58On the other hand, eagles are very territorial and especially with their nest.
16:03They are not to attack anything that comes anywhere close to it.
16:07This raccoon didn't get the memo.
16:09It made an effort of climbing 80 feet up this tree.
16:13It wasn't climbing all the way up there for nothing.
16:15It was on a mission.
16:16A mission to steal eggs from the eagle's nest.
16:19Once it got there, mother eagle immediately began to attack it.
16:23But this raccoon was quite adamant and really wanted those eggs.
16:27But after a few slaps from those one-meter wings, it had to retreat.
16:31Otherwise, it would have had it worse.
16:33The male eagle also enforced security just to make sure the raccoon wouldn't come up to the nest again.
16:422. Octopus
16:45A group of fishermen were treated to a mind-blowing sight of an eagle clutched between the tentacles of an
16:51octopus.
16:52You and I both know who went looking for trouble.
16:55Were it not for the help of the fishermen, this eagle would have had its last breath.
16:59It just flew to a steep rock and stood there, perhaps recounting its actions and regretting why it targeted the
17:05octopus.
17:08It is now time for the subscriber's pick of the day.
17:11Today's photo was sent to us by a subscriber wondering if an eagle does have the audacity to dare attack
17:16a leopard.
17:17If you come across any mysterious photo online that you want us to look into, just send it over and
17:22we may even feature it in a future video.
17:24Now, we looked into this photo and we are excited to reveal to you that there is indeed an eagle
17:29that is brave enough to attack a leopard.
17:32After all, to dare is to do.
17:34And this brings us to number 1. Leopard
17:40No animal is safe in the eyes of an eagle.
17:43But the leopard is just as ruthless as the eagle and most especially when her cubs are involved.
17:48No mother is willing to show mercy to their child's worst nightmare.
17:52This leopard is about to do just that.
17:55It had left its cubs in search of food and before it was even completely out of sight, the eagle
17:59thought it was the right time to attack the cubs.
18:02Unfortunately for it, this mother leopard was very keen.
18:06Her motherly instincts kicked in and in a blink of an eye, the leopard had already jumped from one tree
18:11to another and onto the eagle's neck.
18:14The good news is that our cute cubs didn't have to stay for long without food.
18:19That eagle kept them busy as their mother looked for a better meal.
18:24And that's it for today.
18:26Which of these eagle attacks threw you off your seat?
