00:48I put on just like the really mild salsa. Yeah, I just put the green. Yeah. The green one is

00:53The meat really just speaks for itself, so you don't have to put too much on there.

01:24to L.A., right?
01:26So like how would you say the New York food scene differs from the L.A. food scene?
01:30The availability of produce obviously is a big one because in New York there are like more distinct seasons.
01:37Could you tell us a little bit about your cuisine actually? Sure.
01:41It is a Middle Eastern sandwich shop and we also make salads. All of our sandwiches are available as salads.
01:47It's vegetable focused, it's Middle Eastern inspired, but we're also very much drawing upon the bounty of California.

01:59Um, it's hard to choose between the two, so there's only two. And it would be like choosing between my

02:05Aww. And you know, it's not a very kind thing to do.

02:16We are just so stuffed and satisfied with all the delicious food we just consumed. So full.
