1. Place eye shields directly under eye. 2. Start by applying a base to the entire lid. 3. Apply gold pigment to entire lid. 4. Apply glitter to entire lid. 5. Tap on liquid liner to entire upper lash line. 6. Tight line eyes with green liner. 7. Blend under eye with brush.
