1. Place tape directly in between eyes on the bridge of the nose. 2. Using an eye liner brush, apply eye shadow along the inner line of the tape and follow through to underline your brow. 3. Touch up the line to stay close to the tape. 4. Clean up under brow with a q-tip. 5. Gently peel off the tape.
