1. Apply dark blue shade below the lash line on the lower eyelid. 2. Apply black at the outer corner of the lower lid. 3. Apply a deep purple at the inner corner. 4. Use the sticky side of scotch tape to catch/dispose of any excess powder dusting the cheeks from application. 5. Add purple mascara to both the bottom and top lashes. 6. Apply dark purple lip color on outer edges of top and bottom lip. 7. Apply a lighter, brighter purple in the middle of the lip. 8. Blend out.
