'Tis the season for parties upon parties upon parties. And, while we'd never complain about the influx of free food, we do eventually run out of brilliant outfit ideas. To preempt our inevitable styling fatigue, we asked R29 style director Connie Wang to whip up three on-point ensembles for some of winter's trickiest sartorial challenges. Check out the video above, and get inspired by her looks for rooftop fetes, indoor dance parties (this involves open-toed ALDO sandals — with socks, of course), and office shindigs. Here's to a season of flawless dressing — and the pictures to prove it.

00:11Holiday party season is among us and if you have a calendar full of merrymaking
00:14events you know that not all holiday parties are created equal so I'm here
00:18to show you three different things to wear to three very different events
00:21we've got the BFF gift exchange we have the drinks on a rooftop and then your
00:26office holiday party so the first thing I look for in a more casual evening is a
00:31really great top I like this one because it's got a little bit of shine to it and
00:35I'm gonna pair it with a really basic black jean obviously a jacket we're gonna
00:40go for full-on sparkle and I love these heels and then this bag let's try it on
00:48so this look is super fun because it does the red and green thing with the maroon
00:52and emeralds and this top is really fun because it's a little bit sparkly without
00:55being you know two in your face but where you can get in your face is in your
00:59shoes and these ones are great because they're sandals you can wear them all
01:02year long as long as you pair them with a little sock it's got an ankle strap and a
01:06really solid platform so you can dance all night and not have to worry about your
01:10feet hurting speaking of dancing you've got a great crossbody bag because when
01:14you're dancing you don't want to use your hands to hold on to anything obviously
01:22so the next look we're going to put together is for drinks on a rooftop and
01:25since it's going to be a little bit chilly it's all going to be about the
01:28statement coats because you're going a little bit thicker on top let's go with
01:31something a little skimpier on bottom the skirt is going to look really great
01:35with it these sparkly boots really really fun clutch let's go
01:41ta-da so this look is all about the statement coat it has a lot of personality and this one
01:45has it in spades the top is actually a crop top and it's got a little cut out of
01:49skin but it's not going to make you super cold or anything this is all about the
01:53statement booty and a really nice sparkle here the clutch is nice it's compact it fits
01:57all your stuff you can tuck it on your arms so you have your hands free for some
02:01champagne cheers everybody
02:05so the next look we're going to put together is going to make a
02:09the next look we're going to put together is going to make HR happy but
02:12also you too let's do it since it's the office holiday party you want to dress
02:16that's a little bit more conservative this dress is going to work a jacket bag go
02:21with a pair of flats let's go try it on
02:25so this dress is actually when you can wear it to work but the drop waist and a
02:29little ruffle on the bottom makes it party appropriate on top I have a
02:32structured jacket and a tweed that's kind of similar but different
02:35enough which makes it really really cool underneath I chose to put a turtle neck
02:38on which I think makes it a little bit more edgy and for shoes I have a really
02:42super shiny oxford and this bag recalls a work bag but since it's tiny shape and
02:48iridescence note that it's totally party appropriate so this look is polished
02:52professional but still a party
02:59so there you have it three looks you can wear to your holiday parties this season
03:02party on
