00:00To ensure the best future for women in Hollywood, we need to no longer remain silent.
00:07To ensure the best future for women in Hollywood, we need to stand together.
00:12Compassion.
00:13Inclusion.
00:14We need equal pay. I mean, that is something that is, and not only in Hollywood, but in many other
00:19industries as well.
00:20We need equal pay all around the world.
00:21We need equality.
00:23Equality in the offices, in the rooms where people make decisions.
00:27We need equality and financial equality.
00:31Education.
00:32All of our support.
00:34You cannot allow any sort of circumstances to allow your female compatriots to feel less than welcome and comfortable and
00:43acceptable.
00:44Men, to have our back and to acknowledge and recognize our worth and promote us and help us grow.
00:51And us women stick together and write our own stories and make sure that we get our stories across.
00:58You need more women in charge.
01:00We need to embrace change and keep moving forward.
01:04To be more inclusive, we also need to begin early stages of arts education.
01:10Also, to recognize that it's not just women in Hollywood, but it's women in the workforce.
01:15Hollywood, what we do, this industry though, we are workers.
01:19And it's important to make that distinction too.
01:22So, to honor all of us, not just in this industry, but women across all industries as workers for equal
01:27rights.
01:28Inclusion. Exactly what Greta said.
01:30More opportunities, more financing for these films.
01:33To support each other, we need to create jobs for each other.
01:37We need our male co-workers and peers to support us too.
01:43And to understand and to listen.
01:47Fuck and listen.
01:48Both.
01:50To ensure the best future for women in Hollywood, we all need to be open to change.
01:55Everybody needs to contribute.
01:56Anytime any group is given less rights or treated less than any other group, everyone's responsibility to step forward and
02:07make change.
02:08We need more female directors, more female producers, more female executives, more female on boards of studios and agencies and
02:16our unions.
02:18More representation everywhere.
