13:31At that point, the situation had gone far beyond an uncomfortable encounter.
13:38The owner eventually decided to put the property up for sale.
13:41But even after new owners moved in, the same man continued showing up and causing problems
13:46despite trespassing orders.
13:49Eventually, he was arrested.
13:50The situation had become so intense that at one point, it appeared as though the man was
13:58hiding and trying to escape from something.
14:01What started with a man simply discovering someone on his land had turned into repeated
14:07encounters that eventually became impossible to ignore.
14:12Because when someone keeps returning to your property after being told to leave, you have
14:17to start wondering what they actually want.
14:24Riding a dirt bike through rough terrain can already be dangerous.
14:28But for this biker, one mistake almost sent him over the edge of a steep cliff.
14:35The man was out riding with his friends along Boulder Derue Trail, navigating the difficult
14:42terrain as they made their way through the area.
14:46The trail was already rough, with bumps and dangerous sections making every part of the
14:52ride something they had to carefully navigate.
14:56Then, within seconds, everything went horribly wrong.

16:46but when a large injured animal is blocking your only way home sometimes there's nothing you can
16:54do except wait and hope it moves a man was deep inside a snow-covered forest in Newfoundland

17:07injured moose rather than getting too close the man stepped away from his snowmobile and waited
