00:32I love working with silver, stones and gold, and the concept behind my collection is a
00:40Japanese concept called Komorebi, which is the light that passes through the leaves and
00:46the branches of the forest. And my collection tries to showcase how light changes the object
00:54that it touches and how it creates beauty from space.
01:08I created a piece that to me was very important because it represents nature and it's a very
01:16elegant form. It's inspired on a dragon fruit, a tropical fruit that grows on a cactus tree. The
01:23vibrant colors that it has along with the shape that it grows in, to me portray elegance at the same
01:32time happiness. And it just represents nature as it is. I thought it would be a really good
01:38inspiration for a piece of jewelry. So it brings elegance to the person that's wearing high piece.
01:49This particular piece turned out to be kind of accidental when I first started making it because I had
01:56a defect in the metal and I went with the defect that was there and started to create comets and
02:03meteors on the surface of it, which have impacted our planet that we know of. I created this, my own
02:11personal mythology of the Anunnaki visiting us. And when I first presented this piece, as well as a
02:17number of other pieces that were made out of the same metal of the same style, I put on a
02:22prospector's,
02:23you know, someone who does mining hats and coat and wrapped my pieces in dusty canvas and presented it
02:32to our critique in class.
02:52tengono nascosti e racchiuse all'interno degli stessi ornamenti.
03:59questo edificio e venivano trovate murate all'interno. Infatti questo pendente raffigura
04:06una persona racchiusa all'interno del palazzo e qui mi sono ispirata all'architettura gotica,
04:29Grazie a tutti.
04:37Grazie a tutti.
