camera note on Agent of Shadows, and the height of the lens is doing the emotional work.

When the child is in the scene, the camera is at her eye level. Roughly a metre. Adults get framed from below, or cropped at the waist.

Which means in those scenes, she's the only person standing at her own height, and the adults look like furniture.

When she's absent, the camera returns to normal height, and the world becomes adult-sized again — bigger, colder, more dangerous.

It's the cheapest visual argument in the series and probably the most effective.

✨ What worked for me:
- No low angles for threat. Only for scale.
- Her scenes are also the only ones with a static camera.

✨ Bottom line: camera height is a statement about whose world you're standing in.

Notice the shift?

03:11I'm not scared.
03:16That's because you're an idiot in a purple suit.
03:19His brain's been turned to mush because of 40 years of cheap whiskey.
