00:03I couldn't tell you what an honour it is to be here this evening.
00:06I want to thank each and every single one of you for being here with us.
00:12This incredible night. Thank you so much to Macklemore for inviting us to be part of it.
00:18For capturing the energy of this moment into something as beautiful as tonight.
00:22And I'm so proud. I'm so proud of my country and the way they're showing up.
00:33And collectively witnessing Palestinian humanity and just showing solidarity from here.
00:41I also just want to take a minute if I can. I know there's incredible causes that a lot of
00:47the funds raised tonight are going towards.
00:49I just wanted to offer just two minutes to an issue you might be aware of.
00:5555 students in Gaza who are waiting for their visas to be approved for scholarship places that they have earned.
01:06And scholarship places that are waiting for them here in Ireland.
01:08And the government has not approved their visa applications.
01:16This QR code if you just want to take a photo of it. If you just want to save the
01:19link. If you want to follow it. That is for a petition.
01:22That is to pressure the government to expedite these visa applications.
01:28This has happened before it happened last year and this can be solved with ministerial discretion. It's an absolute wonder.
01:35It's baffling why it hasn't been solved yet.
01:37But if you want to sign a petition there it is behind me there obviously. Thank you so much.
01:42Thank you so much. I really appreciate that. Yeah.
01:54Thank you so much.
