A former airport ramp agent in Seattle is suing the airport and Alaska Airlines after a co-worker driving a tug vehicle allegedly hit her on the tarmac, causing long-term injuries. The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport worker, Tyler King, tells Washington outlet King 5 she was part of a team of ramp agents helping a plane pull back from a boarding gate in November 2023 when a passing tug vehicle struck her. In footage shared with the outlet, King can be seen falling to the ground as the vehicle, pulling a luggage cart, drove by.
