00:00Disgraced California politician Eric Swalwell is still under the Fed's microscope after a series of heinous sexual assault allegations rocked
00:07his run for governor, and eventually forced him to resign from his congressional seat. And it appears one of his
00:13largest benefactors is getting caught in the crossfire.
00:15Billionaire Steven Klubeck, who prominently backed Swalwell's run for governor by flooding his gubernatorial campaign with $1 million, had his
00:24Beverly Hills mansion raided early Tuesday morning. Video captured by Fox News showed FBI agents rolling up to the mansion's
00:31gate. A Fox 11 chopper also captured agents walking around Klubeck's massive 9,700-square-foot Beverly Hills estate.
00:38Klubeck reportedly let Swalwell shack up in his Southern California mansion until allegations surfaced that the former congressman had sexually
00:46assaulted multiple women, including former staffers. Klubeck changed his mind and reportedly evicted the disgraced politician out of his house.
00:55Back in April, when allegations were swirling, the business tycoon told Fox LA's Matthew Seedorf that he told Swalwell that
01:02he was, quote, disappointed and disgusted.
01:04How's your relationship with Eric? Are you guys still friends? Eric who? How did your relationship with the two of
01:12you end? I met him with my attorney, and I said, pal, you busted the trust. I'm disappointed and disgusted.
01:23Get the f**k out of here. Pardon me.
01:25One senior law enforcement official told The Post the raid was connected to a sex worker.
01:30It's unclear what exactly the feds were probing around for, you know, at the mansion, or if there were any
01:36Swalwell-related materials or communications that were left.
01:40There were some agents armed with, you know, night vision goggles, potentially a telltale sign there.
01:45A source did tell us that Klubeck did keep his company's servers in the home.
01:50There was an honesty report that did capture video of agents, you know, making off with, you know, at least
01:54four or more suitcases full of potential evidence.
01:57Thanks a-
