00:00this is his first losing streak this is his first time in crisis is a strong word but blowing three
00:07double-digit leads adversity yes adversity i i i was thinking of the 2000 team when you hear that
00:14quote like that group yeah they won a ton of games won the super bowl five games without a touchdown
00:20you have a quarterback change you're you're five and four like you guys faced a ton of adversity
00:27like what was the locker room like in the midst of i can tell you it wasn't pretty there was
00:33coaches
00:33fighting there were players arguing there was a lot of behind the scenes stuff but you're never
00:38going to hear about it and maybe some people are hearing about it for the first time right now as
00:41i share it but we had to settle that amongst ourselves and present a united front publicly
00:47because all that would do is add and that's back then imagine the level of social media and and
00:54and just um the combustion level and you already see the way that people talk now and this is a
01:01team
01:02that's been successful for a couple decades now right they're hitting a rough patch and it is jesse's
01:07first time and i have a ton of grace for that and um and we spoke very highly about the
01:11way he's run
01:11camp and the way he's communicated and the way he's asked people to contribute and he's met people where
01:16they're at i'm not discounting or or retracting anything i said about that but in regard to who the
01:22leaders are that's a conversation that jesse should be having with the people that were designated to
01:27lead that's a conversation to me that should be internal
