Yesterday, some friends came over for lunch, and I decided to impress them with this complete menu. Something quick and simple, but definitely unforgettable!
The star of the show: a delicious Iberian pork tenderloin with a Pedro Ximénez wine reduction that turned out spectacular.
To accompany it, we had a few dishes to share in the middle of the table:

Simple but flavour-packed black beans.
🥔 Warm seasoned potatoes, boiled and then slowly cooked in a pan with sliced onions, red pepper, garlic, parsley and smoked paprika from La Vera.
