00:00How are you doing right now?
00:02Actually, I'm doing excellent.
00:04I had the most amazing opportunity to work for President Trump for a week
00:08and travel with him on Air Force One and Marine One.
00:11And I just feel like the aftermath of kind of coming back from Washington
00:19and reveling in the opportunity to have worked for him is what I'm marinating in right now.
00:25Are you concerned about your safety?
00:27And for the first week, I had a lot of people in the neighborhood looking to take pictures
00:33and truly was concerned for my kids being in whether it was photos or having stalkers in the neighborhood.
00:42I don't know how my address was released, but I took care of a lot of it.
00:47And I had very good neighbors that also chased a lot of people away.
00:52So as of right now, I think my safety is not a primary concern,
00:56though the last week was not the most fun, I will say.
01:00So on Friday, the last day, the 16th, was the day after my son's birthday, my oldest son.
01:06It was a tough night.
01:07We had dinner with J.D. Vance, Vice President J.D. Vance.
01:10And what I will mark is that maintaining your character, no matter the circumstances, for me, is what defined the
01:21entire process.
01:22That to tell my kids, be loyal, be faithful, and be true to who you are, even when the whole
01:29world turns against you,
01:30even when the whole world wants you to turn against your values, you have to stay true to who you
01:35are.
01:36And so what I know for my family, and especially my children, is what they witnessed was a mother standing
01:42strong while she's an international meme,
01:45or when everyone's making fun of her, including people who we thought would be on our side,
01:52that being faithful and being true to who you are is really the end lesson.
01:56And if for anything else, I went through that entire thing only to teach my kids to have integrity and
02:04to have loyalty,
02:05then I think it was worth it.
02:07How my family is doing now would be we have survived the storm,
02:12and we're moving forward with the same vigor that we had ahead of this.
