01:12Matthew Van Dyke was saying war against India from Myanmar?
01:17What do you have to say about those allegations that have been leveled against you?
01:21Which country are involved in this?
01:24Matthew, what are you trying to win?
01:25You are against India from Myanmar.
01:28Matthew, what are you trying to train terrorist groups in Myanmar?
01:36So that was Matthew Van Dyke at Rao's Avenue Court, where now he's been extended six months where he can
01:43now stay in U.S.
01:44For more on that, we have Aishwarya Paliwal joining in.
01:46Aishwarya, so now we're learning that Matthew Van Dyke, along with the six Ukrainian nationals who were already being investigated
01:52for terrorist activities,
01:54have now been given permission to stay back at home for another six months.
02:00Well, here's Jessica Shreya, this is the information that happened inside the court today with Matthew Van Dyke.
02:07After he got his bail and he was actually back in U.S., he was coming abroad before the special
02:12NIA court in Rao's Avenue.
02:13He's got an extension to six months where he can go back to the U.S., that is up until
02:19February 24th, 2027.
02:22The submissions that were given were concerning to his health, and that is on the grounds of which the court
02:27has accepted the same.
02:28The NIA, however, indicated that the further investigation was continuing, and it will also be updating the court about a
02:36supplementary chart sheet.
02:37Remember, this is an entire case that the NIA has been investigating with allegations of setting up a Myanmar training
02:46camp in which the NIA had arrested him before he got bail and flew out of India only to return
02:53and appear before the court today in Rao's Avenue Court.
02:57Right, so now we're seeing that Matthew is back in India, but he can go back home, and that was
03:04Shreya Chatterjee tracking the story for us.
03:05Thank you for joining in with those inputs.
