00:19This case is an undertaking entitled Operation Golden Grift.
00:25Our investigation found that the defendants build Medicaid and manage long-term care companies
00:31for hundreds of seniors that the Staten Island Adult Day Care Center quite simply never served,
00:38nor did they intend to serve them.
00:42Purporting to offer Staten Island seniors and older adults a safe and welcoming environment
00:49to congregate, recreate and stay active and engage with their community, this social
00:55adult day care center in reality was engaged in widespread deception and brazen fraud.
