00:00Very strange story today coming up from the Titans. Did you see that?
00:03They released one of their defensive players, went to the car to grab a firearm,
00:09was having a confrontation with one of his teammates.
00:13That whole story just seemed very strange, and Robert Sala, the head coach,
00:18seemed to be in the corner of the player but said, we've got to get rid of him.
00:24There are some things, even though nothing happened,
00:27and there are just some things you have to take a stand with in these organizations.
00:33Yeah, I think that's exactly it, and there doesn't really seem to be a lot of differentiation with any of
00:39the reporting here.
00:40It does seem like something happened. Guy went to the car, got the gun, the end.
00:44There's really not a lot to talk about.
00:47Sala is, in coach speak, basically what he's doing there, Joe, is saying that's our policy.
00:54We can't keep him, but I hope somebody else takes a shot on him.
00:58He could have went another way, and then that would have been it.
01:01But by shot, no pun intended, by the way.
01:02But what he did there is I think he opened up the door for 29 other teams to say,
01:07hey, this is a good guy. We got a policy here.
01:09I'm sure you guys got a policy here, but he didn't break your policy.
01:12He broke ours.
01:13So I don't know a lot about the player, but I suspect in two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, end
01:19up signing with somebody.
01:20If not, he'll get another opportunity, I think. I do.
01:22I do think he'll get another chance to play in the NFL because there's nothing illegal about having a gun.
01:27It's just the fact that the guy was considering doing something with it, and that obviously changes the dynamic.
01:33And it's kind of crappy for Tennessee.
01:36Here they are because they're just coming off this win, right, this nice win against Indianapolis.
01:40I agree.
01:41And then here's Salah.
01:43And even for Salah, who I can't pin this season on him, but you got to call it what it
01:50is.
01:52If Tennessee goes 2-15, Salah may be a one and done.
01:56I hate to say it, but you usually don't survive that, Joe.
01:59No coach survives 2-15.
02:02It doesn't matter who you are in the NFL.
02:05It doesn't matter how good you are, how bad you are, first year, 10th year, you don't survive.
02:10So, like, maybe Halfley on Miami would just because they expected that.
02:13But I think Tennessee probably thought, okay, like, what's our worst-case scenario this year, Joe?
02:19We win five, right?
02:20We win four.
02:21But do they win another one?
02:23I don't know.
02:23We win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:23we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:23we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:24we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:24we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:24we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:24we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right, we win five, right,
02:24we win five, right, we win five, right
