10:18Je me disais, vous allez juste voir
10:20et je me disais ?
10:23et que...
10:25...l 매vis, j'en ai.
10:27C'est rien.
10:29C'est沒關係, c'est-ce ?
10:30C'est ce que je lui ai ?
10:33Et c'est un fact
10:34que les femmes se sont worse
10:35c'est qu'elles s'agent.
10:36Il ne s'agissait pas comment
10:37qu'ugly vous commencez,
10:38c'est qu'elle s'agissait.
10:41Et nous savons que les femmes
10:42âgent très bien,
10:43mais les femmes,
10:44je suis sûr que nous avons
10:45l'air bien à vous.
10:46Nous avons dit que vous avez
10:47bien, et c'est parce que
10:50vous avez tous les d'argent.
10:53Nous ne savons pas
10:53qu'il n'y a rien,
10:54vous n'avez pas dit.
10:55vous n'avez pas dit.
10:58Le plus fameux biohacker
10:59est un homme, en fait,
11:00Brian Johnson.
11:01Here he is.
11:02So going back to the calculation
11:03of how much do you die
11:05every single day.
11:07Some days a lot more
11:08than others, Brian.
11:09Please continue.
11:10If you say the average
11:11life expectancy is 77 years old,
11:13take that, divide it
11:13by the number of days,
11:14and there you have your number.
11:15We have successfully slowed down
11:17my speed of ageing
11:18to almost half.
11:19My birthday is now
11:20every 21 months.
11:23But it's not, though,
11:24is it, Brian?
11:25Because even if that is the speed
11:27that you're ageing at,
11:28that's not how time works.
11:31Brian Johnson
11:31actually does have
11:32a birthday party
11:33every 21 months.
11:35And before you start
11:36wishing you were invited,
11:37I don't think
11:37there's a free bar.
11:39He never drinks alcohol.
11:40He gets up at 4 a.m.
11:41every day.
11:42Oh, I'll let him
11:43tell you himself.
11:44My daily routine
11:45is six hours now,
11:46which is kind of ridiculous.
11:48And so I wake up
11:48around 4.30 or 5
11:49and I go through
11:50an entire morning routine
11:51where I do lighten the eyes
11:53when I first get up.
11:53I take my inner ear temperature
11:55because body temperature
11:56matters a lot.
11:57and then I work out
11:57for an hour.
11:58I do strength,
11:59cardio, flexibility, balance.
12:01I'll then do sauna
12:02for 20 minutes.
12:02I'll do red light therapy.
12:04Then I do altitude training
12:05and then hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
12:08Why would you want
12:09to live forever
12:09when your life is so shit?
12:12Kill me after a day.
12:17Of course death is scary,
12:19but surely this obsession
12:20with fighting a battle
12:21we can't possibly win
12:22has gone too far.
12:24I got so stressed
12:25researching this
12:26that I started smoking again,
12:27which I know it is terrible.
12:29I know it's terrible,
12:29but it does now mean
12:30I can have a birthday party
12:31every eight months.
12:33Thank you.
12:36Cheers to everyone!
12:43Thank you, Sarah.
12:45Ivo, Oti,
12:47are you familiar with BJ?
12:48No, well...
12:49Brian Johnson?
12:50Are you familiar
12:52with the concept of BJ?
12:55Oti?
12:56Ian, you won't know this,
12:57but BJ means something else
12:58to women.
12:58Oh.
12:59Do you know Brian Johnson, Oti?
13:01Yes, I do.
13:01Yeah?
13:02Yeah, but I think
13:03that's a horrible way
13:04to live.
13:05Five hours,
13:06is like red light therapy.
13:07He also said
13:08letting the sun
13:09enter my eyes.
13:10I know.
13:10What is that?
13:10Just open your fucking eyes.
13:12Yeah, I don't know
13:12how to say this,
13:13but he's posted
13:14about how he forensically
13:15tracked his and his son's
13:19overnight erections
13:21to determine
13:22their frequency and duration.
13:24So there you go.
13:25Wow.
13:26Episodes.
13:26Wow.
13:27I love an erection episode.
13:29Also, Dad,
13:30why are you creeping
13:30around in my room?
13:31Just go back to sleep.
13:33You know,
13:33nothing you need to know about.
13:34So, but are we clear
13:36who's who?
13:37Because now it says
13:37they're both.
13:38Well, that's the beauty
13:39of it.
13:39Who's who?
13:40He's biohacked
13:41his willy young,
13:42hasn't he?
13:42But is this a fair experiment?
13:44Because I would argue
13:44if you knew your dad
13:45was looking at your erection
13:46data, you probably
13:47wouldn't get very many
13:48very strong erections.
13:50Yeah, he would have.
13:50Yeah, if you had
13:51a sort of rubber ring,
13:52I'm guessing,
13:53Yeah.
13:54Place it on your penis
13:55and your dad's just
13:56attached to the end
13:57of it with an iPhone,
13:59I would get erect
14:00less.
14:01I'd still manage.
14:05Time now for a break.
14:07We'll see you all in a bit.
14:08Bye-bye!
14:10APPLAUSE
14:21Welcome back to the show
14:22that lets you enjoy
14:23the internet without
14:24having to read
14:25what Chelsea Kev 1966
14:26thinks about small boats.
14:28And spoiler alert,
14:30it's not good.
14:32I am joined by
14:33Oti Mabusei,
14:34Ivo Graham
14:34and Sarah Pascoe!
14:38And now it is time
14:40to take a look
14:41at what the internet
14:42has decided
14:42we're all doing now.
14:44Anyone in a long-term
14:45relationship will know
14:45that the key
14:46to maintaining
14:47that spark
14:47is to make your partner
14:49feel stupid
14:50at any given opportunity.
14:52Naming actresses
14:53my husband should know.
14:55Yes, sir.
14:56OK.
15:03She looks like a Betty.
15:05Like, she a Betty White
15:07area?
15:08OK, who's this?
15:09Ooh, uh, Emma.
15:11Emma?
15:12Roberts?
15:13Emma Roberts?
15:14No.
15:15Who's this?
15:19Damn, I don't...
15:21Oh, uh, Sarah?
15:25Sarah?
15:26Sam?
15:29Oh, so close.
15:31Does anyone fancy
15:32doing it?
15:33Why are you looking
15:34at me?
15:35Well, I just thought
15:35you're the most fun.
15:36That doesn't have to be
15:37my demographic, though.
15:39You want to...
15:40You'll do it
15:41if it's in your demographic?
15:42Yeah, if the...
15:42Wait a minute.
15:44You said you fancy
15:45doing it
15:46if it's in your demographic.
15:47Here are some people
15:49that you have shared
15:50a Strictly stage with.
15:52So you should
15:52definitely still know.
15:54Thank goodness.
15:55Ha!
15:56Who's this?
15:57Oh, Bill Bailey.
15:58Correct!
15:58Love him.
15:59Love him.
16:01Next, who's this?
16:03Reverend Richard Cole!
16:05Hey!
16:06If you get one wrong,
16:08it'll be so good.
16:09Oh, I won't.
16:11Who's this?
16:14Faitoza!
16:14Oh!
16:15Come on!
16:16You can smell
16:18the uncertainty.
16:19Who's this?
16:20Oh, oh, oh, oh, no.
16:22And it's...
16:23No, no, no, no, no, no.
16:24Yes, yes, yes.
16:25Annika.
16:26Yes.
16:28Annika.
16:29Woo!
16:31Try it with Annika Rice?
16:32Yes!
16:36Annem, Faito!
16:38Oh, wait.
16:40Oh, no.
16:41Ireland will kick me out
16:42if I get this one wrong.
16:43No.
16:43Danny.
16:44Danny.
16:46Oh, no.
16:48No.
16:48Oh, my gosh,
16:49I'll never be allowed
16:50back in Ireland.
16:51Oti hosts a dance show
16:53in Ireland
16:54and this is
16:54the Cliff Richard
16:55of Ireland.
16:56And the problem
16:57is he did sing
16:58for me solo
16:59and I think
16:59I posted a clip of
17:00Danny Boy.
17:02Unfortunately,
17:03that is.
17:03and you'll know it now.
17:04And that isn't Danny...
17:05Don't get the name off.
17:06Not Danny Jones.
17:07It's Daniel O'Donnell.
17:09Oh, there we go.
17:11That was unbelievable.
17:12Can we all give it up
17:13for Oti Mabuse,
17:13please, everyone?
17:15Now, it is time
17:16to hear from
17:17the wonderful
17:18Ivo Graham
17:19about what part
17:20of the internet
17:20upsets him the most.
17:22Ivo, it's over to you,
17:23so please put your hands
17:23together for Ivo Graham!
17:29Ivo, Ivo, Ivo!
17:33Ivo!
17:36I think many parts
17:37of the internet
17:37are clearly objectionable,
17:39but unfortunately,
17:40the person who irritates
17:41me most on the internet
17:43is still me.
17:44At the age of 35,
17:46you need to be good
17:47at the internet
17:47or off the internet.
17:49Unfortunately,
17:50I am trapped
17:51between those two worlds,
17:52which is why this year
17:53I've found myself
17:54saying things like,
17:55I'm really trying
17:56to step things up
17:57on TikTok.
17:59Here are some examples
18:00of me trying to
18:01step things up
18:01on TikTok.
18:03Me running
18:03round my local park.
18:05I've finished
18:05and I've done
18:06a half marathon.
18:08Chalamet!
18:12I frequently shout
18:13Chalamet in the middle
18:14of the clips
18:15because of the act
18:16of Timothee Chalamet.
18:18That's just useful
18:19context for the breakdown.
18:21Next up,
18:21here's me eating peppers
18:22and drinking milk
18:23in my bedroom.
18:27Yeah, I'm doing so
18:28while holding an LP
18:29of David Bowie's
18:30iconic orange album
18:31cover for Lowe.
18:32So that's great content
18:33for the internet.
18:36So I've come here today
18:37to answer the basic
18:38questions of,
18:39one,
18:40why am I doing
18:41these things?
18:41And two,
18:42why am I putting
18:43these things on TikTok,
18:44the app that was just
18:45meant to be a delightful
18:46playground of creativity
18:47where young people
18:48could teach each other
18:49to dance
18:49while their governments
18:50quietly harvested
18:51their data?
18:54There are more unlikely
18:55people than me
18:55on TikTok.
18:56Of course there are.
18:57For example,
18:58Keir Starmer.
19:09I think it's just
19:10one more candid shot
19:11of me drinking coffee
19:12and then I promise
19:13it's NHS funding
19:14till lunch.
19:17but Keir Starmer
19:18at least has a brief
19:19to engage people
19:20with politics
19:20and they are engaged.
19:22Here's some of the engagement.
19:24Keir,
19:24this is not Riz.
19:26What an absolutely
19:27bellend.
19:29Fix my potholes.
19:31My own brief
19:32on the internet
19:32is admittedly
19:33more confused.
19:34I'm currently touring
19:35a comedy show
19:36about my love
19:36of the colour orange
19:37and how important
19:38it is to various
19:39social and community
19:40causes in my life.
19:41As such,
19:42I thought I could do
19:42a series of intrepid
19:43TikToks themed
19:45around the colour orange.
19:46I would upload
19:47one video a day
19:48just as I was instructed
19:49to in this helpful
19:50and insightful book.
19:51Make a TikTok
19:52every day.
19:53Thanks,
19:54David Jorgensen.
19:56This was my
19:57New Year's resolution
19:58for 2026.
19:59On January 1st,
20:00I recorded this video
20:01of me in an orange
20:02lifeguard shirt
20:03talking about the closure
20:04of my local swimming pool.
20:05What a crucial topic
20:07for the people of TikTok.
20:08Today's orange
20:09on the 50th anniversary
20:10of the Swindon Oasis opening
20:11is this original
20:12lifeguard T-shirt
20:13gifted to me
20:14by my friend Hannah
20:15from the Swindon Museum
20:16bringing us the luck
20:17to head in
20:17for today's home match
20:18against Jenningham.
20:21Sadly,
20:21this clip
20:22did not do numbers.
20:24On January 3rd,
20:26I was in a hurry
20:26so I recorded this video
20:28of some orange juice
20:29I was drinking.
20:30What could be more
20:31universally popular
20:32than orange juice?
20:33Unfortunately,
20:34despite its universal popularity,
20:36this also did not do numbers.
20:39After a few more
20:40misguided attempts,
20:41I decided to take on
20:43on an issue
20:43that really mattered.
20:44The broken sign
20:45outside my local
20:46Sainsbury's petrol station.
20:51This video got 50,000 views!
20:55Which is not a viral success
20:58by any measurement
20:59other than the extremely low bar
21:00that I had set myself up
21:02until this point.
21:03Was this the start of a trend?
21:04Was I getting into my groove?
21:06Would social media imitators
21:07start calling out
21:08about the broken signage
21:09outside their local petrol stations?
21:11Unfortunately,
21:12my viral fantasies
21:13were brought crashing
21:14back to earth
21:15on the 13th day of this year,
21:16a year becoming increasingly
21:18defined by my Sainsbury's destiny.
21:20This evening,
21:21my snack of choice
21:22was a chocolate orange Easter egg,
21:23undeniably ahead of schedule
21:25on January 13th.
21:26I recorded and uploaded
21:28this video
21:30and was about to get back
21:31in my car
21:31when, disastrously,
21:33I bumped into a friend
21:34from school.
21:34This man was more socially
21:36and intellectually impressive
21:37than me at school
21:38and he's now
21:38a very high-powered lawyer.
21:40He was not the person
21:41I wanted to find me
21:42on the forecourt
21:42at 11pm,
21:43asking me the question
21:44we've all been dreading.
21:46Why are you filming yourself
21:47standing outside
21:48a petrol station?
21:49This was a terrible time
21:50to have to answer
21:51because I'm trying
21:52to step things up
21:52on TikTok this year.
21:54LAUGHTER
22:01This was the end
22:01of my petrol station era.
22:03The sign outside Sainsbury's
22:05is still not fixed
22:05but someone else
22:06will have to take
22:07the baton from here.
22:08So, in conclusion,
22:10as far as I'm concerned,
22:11no-one deserves more
22:12of a roasting
22:13on the internet
22:13than I do.
22:14Ultimately,
22:15I failed to commit
22:16to TikTok.
22:16I recorded a video a day
22:18for the month of January
22:19and have since retreated
22:20back to only occasional posts.
22:22It is the semi-dignified,
22:23semi-retirement
22:24of a man
22:25who needs to accept
22:26that some platforms
22:27just aren't for him.
22:29Perhaps Zakiya Starmer
22:30will soon decide the same.
22:31Thank you very much.
22:33Ivo Graham!
22:35CHEERING
22:36CHEERING
22:40Incredible stuff.
22:42Does anyone have
22:43any advice for Ivo
22:44on his quest
22:45to go viral?
22:47Oti, you're
22:48an internet sensation.
22:50I love TikTok.
22:51You do?
22:52I love TikTok.
22:53I bet you...
22:54Are you ever
22:55outside petrol stations
22:56late at night?
22:57No.
22:58Have you ever cracked
22:58the 50,000 view mark?
23:01LAUGHTER
23:03But this is what's not fair.
23:05Some people have
23:06natural charisma
23:07and comedians...
23:08LAUGHTER
23:10We do our job
23:11because we practise stuff
23:12and then we sort of
23:13let people laugh
23:14at us with us.
23:15And then you meet
23:16someone like Oti,
23:17and you're like,
23:17it's just effortless.
23:18You're just wonderful.
23:19I do also find
23:20the algorithm
23:21locks you down.
23:22So if you...
23:23Your problems
23:23that you're using
23:24the wrong camera
23:24because your quality
23:25is really bad,
23:27you need a little lighting.
23:28But if you did your bits
23:29on TikTok live,
23:31you'd make money.
23:32And so do you think
23:32you need to buy
23:33like a ring light
23:34or something?
23:34You need to buy a ring light
23:35and you need to do that
23:36on TikTok live.
23:37That's tax deductible.
23:38That's it.
23:39You make money
23:39on TikTok live.
23:40I hate you.
23:41Don't need to tell me
23:41about managing
23:42my family money.
23:48Time now
23:49for some adverts.
23:50But unlike the ones
23:51on the internet,
23:51you can't skip them.
23:52You can't, however,
23:53leave the room
23:54and go for a shit.
23:55So in a way,
23:55better.
23:56See you in a bit.
23:58APPLAUSE
24:10Guys, welcome back
24:12to Roast the Internet.
24:13I am joined by
24:14Oti Mabusei,
24:15Ivo Graham
24:16and, of course,
24:16Sarah Pascoe!
24:19Now, this show
24:21is about nothing
24:23if it's not about
24:24serious investigative journalism.
24:26And it's not about
24:27serious investigative journalism.
24:29so it is about nothing.
24:31But it is still time
24:32for my E-investigation.
24:35This week's E-investigation
24:36is all about
24:37the phenomenon
24:37of live streaming.
24:39You're probably familiar
24:40with the classic
24:41video game streaming
24:42like this
24:43common-collected
24:43I show speed
24:45playing the popular game
24:46The Walking Dead.
24:48Oh!
24:49What the...
24:51is still...
25:02So you get the sort of idea.
25:04But the streaming market
25:05is oversaturated,
25:06so in order to stand out,
25:07people have had to stream
25:08for longer
25:09and do more extreme things.
25:11Check out this guy,
25:12casually endangering
25:13his entire cognitive function
25:14par not sleeping for 12 days
25:17to gain views.
25:32I think we can all agree
25:34things are going really well for him.
25:36We thought that was a man
25:38at the end of his 12 days of streaming
25:40and then our director pointed out
25:42that that is a countdown
25:43and he is actually six minutes into the
25:46we only just realized that
25:51I shall speak in prominence
25:53by live-shinging himself
25:54doing things that endangered
25:55everyone in his entire family
25:57by the way I'm legally obliged
25:59to tell you not to try this at home
26:00but it should be quite apparent
26:01come on
26:03I got a lot of fireworks right now
26:08that is a firework
26:10and that is his family
26:11childhood bedroom
26:21oh no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:30no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:30no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:31no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:34no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:34no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:35no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:36no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:36no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:37no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:37no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no
26:38no no no
26:40C'est so silly.
26:43People go to such extremes and they don't need to.
26:45I have a theory that if you hype it up enough
26:47and you stick a camera in front of something, people will watch it.
26:50However, mind-numbingly dull it is, and I wanted to prove
26:52just how uneventful a live stream could be and still get views.
26:56So I got thinking, what is the most boring thing you can do?
26:59And then I remembered a review I got
27:01in one of my less well-received stand-up shows.
27:03They said I was untalented at delivering material with no substance
27:06and crucially likened me to an experience of watching paint dry.
27:11And I thought, bingo, that is the dullest thing you can do.
27:16So that was it.
27:17I was going to set up a live stream of paint drying
27:21and hype it up to the max.
27:23And I really wanted the nation, nay, the world,
27:26to get behind what I was doing.
27:27So to create a bit of buzz about this stream,
27:29I posted this wonderful announcement.
27:32OK, guys, I'm about to announce one of the biggest things
27:35I've ever announced on the internet in my life.
27:38The announcement is tomorrow, and it is about
27:40the biggest live stream I've ever done.
27:42It's going to be over all my socials.
27:44And I'll be live streaming something
27:46I don't think anyone's ever live streamed before.
27:48Maybe because they're too scared, I don't know.
27:50But I'm not.
27:51So it's going to be announced tomorrow.
27:52Tune into my socials if you want to see what it is.
27:55I even offered an exclusive to any major or minor news outlet
27:58that were interested, and the response was overwhelming.
28:02Firstly, my mum called to check that everything was OK.
28:05And then Jedward replied, Sounds Jepic. Rocket.
28:10The next day, it was time to put out the Ian Serling
28:13Watches Paint Dry live stream press release.
28:16Live stream event of the millennium, Ian will be plying
28:19a single coat of Matamotion paint to a currently unspecified surface
28:24with an array of cameras, brackets two, set up to record
28:28this historic moment.
28:29Two cameras ended up being one.
28:31We don't have time to get into that.
28:32And we tried to get a sponsor.
28:35So we did email Dulux.
28:36And I said, I have been a huge fan of your work since my mum did
28:40the ceiling of my nursery in your tangerine twist.
28:44I'm sure I was familiar with the shade.
28:46Your brand has been my number one paint, closely followed by Farrow and Ball.
28:52Ooh, fancy.
28:53And Wilco own brand, sadly now discontinued.
28:57And I did tell them that we expected a global audience of up to 8.3 billion people,
29:02as that is the population of the world.
29:05So it is correct, but I will admit up to is doing a lot of the heavy lifting in that
29:09sentence.
29:10I'm delighted to let you know that Dulux were so excited that to this day,
29:13they are still drafting a response to my email.
29:17But you're too late now, Mr and Mrs Dulux, because the live stream has already taken place.
29:24The live stream took three hours from start to finish, and it was genuinely like watching paint dry.
29:31And here, for those that missed it, are some of the highlights.
29:38Here is our canvas.
29:41So at the minute, I'm definitely, this is a definite, this is a definite wet.
29:48People in the chat complaining the whole canvas is not covered.
29:51That should be all, thank you.
30:01We need to know, wet, tacky, or dry.
30:08Oh dear.
30:11We've got a wet.
30:13Paydry Live continues.
30:16Oh, it was kicking off in that stream.
30:18There was so many bloody comments.
30:20What am I going to say to people that ask me what I did on my day off?
30:25We've created a community.
30:27There were people talking to each other.
30:28One of them refused to be used on this show.
30:31So we've had to blur their identity.
30:33But they said, do you think we're strange just because we watch paint dry?
30:36And then James said, we are paint drying friends now.
30:40Look, it wasn't even just normal people.
30:42Some celebrities got involved.
30:44Celebrities were messaging.
30:47At one point...
30:49Put that off, put that off.
30:50At one point, the feed crashed and the viewers were distraught.
30:55So I posted this.
30:57The stream has simply crashed.
30:59I imagine due to the high level of traffic.
31:01We are working on a speed of recovery.
31:03We do think it was due to high traffic volumes.
31:05Or it may have been because the producer's laptop went into sleep mode.
31:10We will never know.
31:12Now, I wasn't in this to make money.
31:14I was there to make history and change lives.
31:15But a significant amount of money was made.
31:18I hate it when people post their earnings and stuff.
31:21But thanks for people gifting me roses and other weird emojis
31:24that I don't understand, from TikTok,
31:26I managed to generate a whopping 32 cents in income.
31:31I think that's it.
31:32No, please.
31:33Please.
31:34No, please.
31:35Please.
31:35But it did culminate in this dramatic finale.
31:39Are we dry?
31:44The top is dry.
31:49The bottom is dry.
31:54And the middle.
31:55And the middle.
31:56We're dry.
31:58We're dry.
31:59Ladies and gentlemen, we are dry.
32:01That has been Paint Dry Live.
32:04Look after yourselves and one another.
32:07I've been Ian Sterling.
32:08Thank you so much for joining me on this journey.
32:11There you go.
32:16Please welcome the artwork here tonight.
32:20So, what have we learnt?
32:23We have learnt that the internet is nonsense.
32:25People will watch a stream of literally anything.
32:27And Jedward are always right,
32:29because I think we can all agree that that is JEPIC.
32:33Thank you.
32:37Thank you.
32:39It's dry.
32:44Now, ironically, the next part of this show is called
32:47Was It Worth It?
32:50This is where we look at some internet clips and all we have to do
32:52is decide whether or not it was worth it for a few clicks.
32:55First up, we have this nervous passenger.
32:57But was it worth it?
32:58Bro, you know what happened last time?
33:00Just drive careful.
33:01Please.
33:09I don't think that's funny.
33:10I think that's fake.
33:11Why do you hate that?
33:12Because he's obviously rolling.
33:14What bump?
33:14Is that like a three hump bump does that to a car?
33:17No bump does that.
33:19His friend obviously drove it like that.
33:21And it's just water.
33:22So it was cheap.
33:23It wasn't real Coca-Cola or Fanta.
33:25Let's have a look at this next one.
33:27And what about this cool skater dude?
33:29Milking it for life.
33:30But was it worth it?
33:34Black Beatles in the city be back immediately to confiscate the money.
33:44Was it worth it, Ivo?
33:46I did it with Tropicana on 29th of January.
33:48Didn't work at all.
33:50And I guess it depends.
33:51Bits.
33:51Shouldn't have gone with bits.
33:54I'm going to win you all back because we have this spiky-haired,
33:57tattooed daredevil.
33:58Check this guy out.
33:58Was it worth it?
33:59I don't see how much duct tape it takes to stop me.
34:02One.
34:03Ten.
34:06One hundred.
34:08Oh, we are destroyed!
34:13Bows him.
34:16He's going to go!
34:18Stop it!
34:23What a prick.
34:24Yes!
34:25Was that worth it?
34:26Yes!
34:32Time for a break now.
34:34We'll see you in a bit.
34:45of...
34:49Welcome back to the show that puts the internet on TV.
34:52And I'm joined by Oti Mabousi, Ivor Graham and Sarah Pascoe!
34:55Sous-titrage Société Radio-Canada
35:25of these intense, weird workout routines online.
35:29For example, here's a guy who loves working on his glutes.
35:33Oh, wow.
35:34You'll take a wide sumo stance
35:36and perform 25 kettlebell swings.
35:41You can do this workout for two rounds, two times a week,
35:46and this is one of the perfect glute kettlebell workouts
35:50to build some nice, juicy cheeks.
35:56The Kia Starmer TikTok's changed a bit.
36:03What's not to like about it?
36:04That's one of the best things I've ever seen.
36:06I mean, I don't know where the ick starts.
36:08Either the socks, the glutes, the shirt,
36:12the fact that he's turning around looking at it.
36:14You could park your bike in that.
36:16Would you want to park your bike in that?
36:18It depends what you mean by park your bike in the middle of the day.
36:21These are the leggings that men in gyms complain about women wearing
36:25because they're too sexual.
36:27Yeah.
36:27And I've always thought women can wear what they like,
36:29and then I've seen a man in a pair, and I'm like,
36:30no, they should be banned.
36:31Yeah.
36:32Let's get rid of those pants.
36:33Have you got any others?
36:34OK, so there's also the swinging Pilates queen.
36:45Like, so unnecessary, right?
36:48Like, what are we training for?
36:50What is that for?
36:51That's just reminding me I need to get my sex swing
36:54from out of the attic.
36:57Anything else?
36:58Yes, check out this weird main character.
37:02Here we go.
37:02Here we go.
37:25You see, that should have gone in your wasn't worth it file.
37:28It's great that with every video, there's less people there,
37:31and then in the last one, you can just see the people
37:32coming to take him away.
37:35What are your problem with these guys?
37:37Honestly, I think they're just over-complicating fitness.
37:41You know, we need to be encouraging to get people moving.
37:44Kind of like this guy.
37:45Right, OK.
38:02No, no, I think we have to say, for legal reasons,
38:04that is not Greg Wallace.
38:07LAUGHTER
38:07So, yeah, so that's your problem.
38:09It's like they're just over-complicating things.
38:10Yeah, I just feel like people don't have to go mad, you know?
38:12Exercise is easy.
38:13You could just go for a walk 20 minutes a day,
38:15join your local gym, lift some weights, go for a run.
38:18It doesn't have to be anything crazy or intense.
38:21Just enjoy it.
38:22Also, you don't have to video it.
38:24Yes!
38:24You can just do it.
38:26Do you know what?
38:26It's funny.
38:27Now, Sarah, you've obviously done famously a big workout plan
38:31and filmed it.
38:32We've entered a new kind of gym.
38:35It's, um, you get a small dog to do your resistance training.
38:40You need...
38:42It's really good on the...
38:43This is good for the bum.
38:46I think they're called quads.
38:48Come on.
38:49There we go.
38:52That's incredible stuff!
38:54It's such a lovely dog.
38:56Ivo, you ran the London Marathon before.
38:59I mean, a fantastic achievement
39:01that will forever be overshadowed
39:02by this interview you took moments after the race.
39:06Uh...
39:07Uh...
39:08Oh, I didn't, um...
39:10I didn't Vaseline my nipples.
39:15It's important stuff.
39:17Ladies and gentlemen, with her take on fitness,
39:20please give it up for Oti Mabuse!
39:23CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
39:26Now, as we have seen tonight, at times,
39:28the internet can be worse than going on a cruise of a lifetime
39:32with 200 people who all have norovirus,
39:34or worse still, 200 people who like going on cruises.
39:37But every so often, you stumble across something genuinely great,
39:41so it's time to toast the internet.
39:44Let me introduce you to this security guard called Ryan El Pineda.
39:48There he is there.
39:49Now, all I want you to do is tell me what you think
39:52this Filipino security guard is famous for.
39:56Filipino singing.
39:58Singing.
39:58Great guess.
39:59Great singers.
40:00We can't see the lower half, so maybe it's to do with shoes.
40:04Yeah.
40:04Things like stilettos.
40:05Oh!
40:06The splits, gymnastics.
40:07No, we're back away from there.
40:09OK, OK.
40:09Ivo.
40:10Something to do with shoes?
40:12Well, feet.
40:14Is he a stripper?
40:16Oh!
40:17Well...
40:18LAUGHTER
40:19We've all had a few guesses,

40:43Bungi.
40:44He has excellent timing with those silly sound effects.
40:47Now, what do you all think of that?
40:48Do we like security guards doing that sort of thing?
40:50You must love that.
40:51That's your vibe.
40:52Oh, I love that.
40:53I don't think it's responsible at all Ian.
40:54What?
40:55He's a security guard.
40:56Somewhere an embassy is getting robbed.
40:59Here's another one.
41:00And just look, he's such a good dancer.
