BIG CAM 6.0 LS SWAPPED SQUAREBODY DUALLY | HP TUNERS | MORE POWER & TORQUE! 🔥💨
Finally got my Squarebody Dually back on the road after making some adjustments with HP Tuners, and the results speak for themselves!
My Chevy C30 Squarebody Dually is powered by a 6.0L LQ4 LS engine equipped with a BTR Stage 4 Truck Cam, paired with a TH400 automatic transmission featuring a shift kit and 3,800 RPM stall torque converter. Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a heavy-duty Dana 70 HD rear axle.
After spending time dialing in the engine tune using HP Tuners, I was able to improve the engine’s performance, throttle response, and overall power delivery. The adjustments made a noticeable difference in how the truck responds, with stronger acceleration and improved torque delivery.
In this video, I finally take the Dually back out on the road to see how it performs after the latest tuning adjustments. What starts as a quick test turns into a little burnout, showing what this big-cam 6.0L LS engine can do!

This truck is still a work in progress, and I’m continuing to fine-tune the setup to get the most out of this naturally aspirated 6.0L combination.
