00:00Besides our meeting for the very first time and for Crystal Palace, this is one of their most notable fixtures
00:08since making European competition.
00:11Lyon make three changes from their 2-1 loss at Launce on Friday.
00:15Mads Bidstrup moves to the bench as Noah Nate comes into the midfield.
00:19So Titassi comes into the back line.
00:21Halayni has given a rest at wing back with Spain international Oscar Minkethe replacing him.
00:26So it will be Lyon to get us on the way and the white shirts kicking from left to right
00:30in the first half.
00:32It's a first ever meeting between Lyon and Crystal Palace.
00:37Lyon though have faced 10 different English opponents.
00:41Minkethe.
00:44Minkethe has spread that nicely to Jeremy Pino.
00:48Pino round the corner for Tyreek Mitchell.
00:51And Stran Larsson couldn't readjust to get it goalwards.
00:55And Palace have had issues defending set pieces this season.
00:59I'm sure Lyon will be well aware of that.
01:02Neumar's corner is into a good area and Potein and Lyon have the lead inside of eight minutes.
01:08Crystal Palace undone from a dead ball situation as they have been a number of times this season.
01:15It's lift off for Lyon in their first home game in European Europa League this term.
01:24It's the captain who delivers.
01:29Quentin Taliso with his second goal of the campaign.
01:34His most recent game in their last game here.
01:37The 4-0 win over Aram in September.
01:40And he's on the spot here.
01:42I think that pass got a little tickle off Timber, but it's still worked out for Nakamura.
01:47And they've got options in the area again.
01:50And that's fisted away by Benitez to keep Neumar out.
01:53Trying to pick out Nakamura here.
01:58Nakamura.
02:01It's a good block.
02:09It's a lovely pass and Nakamura could be in business here.
02:13He's got four to aim for in the area.
02:15And it's in.
02:17Swept home by Ernest Neumar.
02:21That could be a fatal blow struck by Lyon on the stroke of halftime.
02:34Neumar, who's been in fine form this season, gets his fifth goal.
02:38And that is the last action of the half.
02:41Taliso early on and Neumar just before the interval gives Lyon a very strong grip on this game.
02:49Leading Crystal Palace by two goals to nil.
02:57So it's Palace who get the second half up and running.
03:01No changes from either of the head coaches during the interval.
03:07Palace goes short with the corner.
03:12Wharton, lovely ball that.
03:14Chumps.
03:15And Palace back in it.
03:17Fine finish from Jeremy Pino.
03:21Just what the doctor all did for the Eagles.
03:32Pino, who scored on match day one against Leth, Poznan.
03:35And next again tonight, it's all about this pass from Adam Wharton, though.
03:40The vision and the execution.
03:42Still a lot of work for Pino to do, mind you.
03:45And the World Cup winner did it exceptionally well.
03:50Lifting beyond Dominic Griev in a flash, which meant that the Slovakian had little hope.
03:57But Ismaila Saar in his first start for Palace this season lasts for an hour and is now withdrawn with
04:05Jürgen Strand Larsson also departing.
04:08It'll be Eddie Nketiah and Daichi Kamada who come on for them.
04:18Carried forwards by Atakame, who's not been as influential in this second half as he was in the first.
04:25Noemar likewise, but that's a good ball.
04:27And it's not a bad save from Walter Benitez to keep out Abner.
04:35First serious attack from Lyon since the break.
04:38And Abner looking for his first goal since scoring against Brest in January, forcing the save out of Walter Benitez.
04:49Also departs, so it's two attacking changes here for Lyon, looking perhaps to try and re-establish the threat that
04:58they posed in the first period,
05:00which is depleted as the game has gone on.
05:04Kamada.
05:06Timber. Kamada's ball is deep.
05:09Pino back for Mitchell.
05:12Pino delivers now, and it's very congested, and Kamada couldn't get it beyond Gryiv.
05:21Daichi Kamada, who scored his first ever Premier League goal at the weekend in his 68th appearance in the English
05:28top division,
05:30couldn't react quickly enough to get that up and over Dominic Gryiv before the Slovakian had spread himself.
05:43Not a good ball, and in!
05:49Well, a bit of fortune about that, but Lyon should be home and dry now.
05:55Pavel short with the final touch.
06:00And Lyon have their two-goal lead back with a quarter of an hour to play.
06:13It's only his second goal since February for the Czechia International,
06:21and while he didn't know a great deal about it...
06:25Well, actually, I've done him a disservice.
06:28I thought it was an unintentional touch here from Schultz,
06:32but he definitely meant it, didn't he?
06:34It's a really good piece of work.
06:37Angle opened up for Dario Osorio.
06:41Lyon got bodies in the way, but here is Osorio again.
06:57Warton.
07:01Overlap comes from Halayli.
07:03And Halayli with the cutback, bit of pinball,
07:06and in, and Palace maybe aren't done yet.
07:12Not much celebration from Daichi Kamada.
07:17Because there's still a lot of work for Palace left to do here,
07:20but they do have a glimmer of hope once again.
07:24Two of the substitutes heavily involved.
07:29Warton's corner.
07:30Oh, the flick header, what a save!
07:33And it's still alive, and now a free kick is awarded Lyon's way.
07:39It's to grab a 90th-minute leveller.
07:41Warton's corner kick,
07:43and Richards with the flying header
07:45that was patted away by Dominic Grieve.
07:50It's close enough to the keeper
07:52that he would have expected to have got something on it.
07:56But either side of him, from there to Richards,
07:59and it might have been Osorio.
08:03Lyon get over the line to make it two wins
08:08from two in this season's Europa League.
