00:03Both Crystal Palace and Hoffenheim are aiming to bounce back from 2-0 away
00:09defeats in their domestic leagues over the weekend. Quentin Timbers back from a
00:14hamstring injury with Onis Ahadol and Anand Kalayli the others brought in.
00:18International Alexander Pras who missed out at the weekend through suspension
00:22comes in along with Tim Lempela. Says that he's not worried though and has
00:28taken plenty of positives and spirited performances, big chance of Palace in
00:33front, Daichi Kamada no, flag is raised. He looked suspiciously offside when the ball
00:40was delivered.
00:47Wharton into the middle. Palace the conference league holders as Timber tries
00:54to weave the way through he's gone to ground referee says nothing in it
00:57Wharton onto the scene quickly. There's good energy about Palace early on but
01:02Lempela leading the counter and that's a useful pass. Pras, oh it squirms in and
01:10Hoffenheim have the lead with less than seven minutes gone. Alexander Pras powers
01:16underneath the Palace captain. And the away fans go ballistic.
01:26Missed out at the weekend due to a domestic ban. After a red card in the win over by
01:33that issues dealing with set pieces and that one's caused a bit of a problem there.
01:38Pino that's risky. Could be two.
01:42Well Dean Henderson at full stretch there.
01:45Well the long hurl in from Matserotz here. Helped on so easily by Erzin Kabak. And then Pino taking a
01:53gamble that was very nearly costly. The spin and hit from Fisnik Aslany here. Henderson was...
01:59Well the words out of Pierre Sarge's media conference yesterday.
02:04It says that's been the focus of their increased number of training sessions this week.
02:10So that seems to have cracked it at their end of the pitch.
02:13As another shot comes in on Dean Henderson's goal.
02:23That is the balance that they're striving for. They do look lively going forwards.
02:28With Mateta on the move again here. But they do look very fallible at the other end.
02:34Halayli.
02:49Pino.
02:53Nothing wrong with that.
03:01That's a lovely switch to pick out Pras.
03:06Pras' ball could easily have gone in for a second. Hacked away by Halayli.
03:13Again that very poor defensive record is coming to light.
03:31Well that's the ball that they created the opening goal from the switch to Pras. His cross was cut out
03:39by Richards.
03:45The Dutchman is in conversation here. With the referee.
03:55The Dutchman is in conversation here. With the referee.
04:08Lettingly dealt with.
04:09Oh what a save Henderson. To prevent palace going two down.
04:14Yet again though, the long throw does the damage.
04:17The initial header falls to a Hoffenheim player.
04:20Le Pella with the flick on.
04:23And there's not too much wrong with the finish. It's just a fine.
04:26Reaction save from Dean Henderson.
04:28just three points from their first three matches
04:32a good value for their lead here
04:34although here's an opening
04:36which Daichi Kamada can't take
04:39clearest side of goal that Palace have had all night
04:45neatly constructed
04:48have been on a fine scoring run
04:51for Palace
04:52three goals in his
04:55six appearances in October
04:58and that wasn't far away
05:032014 was when he joined the club
05:06and he's up against one of his former teammates
05:10and Chris Richard is
05:11Mateta could save Bauman
05:18and he's gifted that straight to Andre Kramaric
05:24that's deflected
05:25and it could work out here
05:26Henderson had to react very smartly indeed
05:29embarrassment on home turf for the Eagles here
05:35Kramaric
05:35clipped it in the deflection
05:39really worked out for Lempela
05:48well it's muted to say the least from the Palace fans who see their side trail to Alexander
06:02the passes
06:03well no changes from either of the managers at the interval
06:08well no changes from either of the managers at the interval
06:11Richard showed too much of it
06:15and they could be away here big chance for number two and it's wide
06:22in the league phase of the conference league just over a year ago five wins and two draws since
06:30it's Adam Wharton
06:32and still Wharton lovely pass
06:35Tino great block
06:37Bauman
06:38at home to Schalke in their last game before the international break
06:47Schalke who are in the relegation zone in the German Bundesliga as Crystal Palace are here in England
07:06well this is an issue here for Adam Wharton who's already on a yellow card and he's dismissed here
07:12well it goes from bad to worse for Crystal Palace
07:21well it's the arm
07:23into the face of his opponent
07:27that's a good try and Bauman gets down to make the save
07:30could make something happen here Osorio
07:34and now it's out for Minketha to cross
07:37back into the mix could go anywhere
07:40oh it's in Crystal Palace level
07:44Daichi Kamada in added time
07:50what a shot in the arm that could be for Pierre Sarge
07:59in comes the cross this will be the last action of the game
08:05it finishes all square
08:08it's a draw but it might feel like a bit of a win for PSR
08:11much given the manner did it
08:13you
08:14you
08:15you
