"After our previous dog passed away four months ago, we knew we needed to bring another dog into our home, as it just didn't feel complete without our fur baby," the filmer, Karen Otzenberger, shared with WooGlobe. She added that it didn't take long for her and her husband to fall for Charlie, realizing right after their first encounter that she was perfect for them. "During the drive home, I kept calling my husband every 15 minutes to ensure everything would be a HUGE SURPRISE for the kids," she noted.
