The delightful children in this heartwarming video experienced pure joy when their mom introduced them to Charlie, their new furry friend! Karen Otzenberger, the videographer, shared, "After losing our previous dog four months ago, we felt something was missing at home and decided it was time for another pup." She spotted Charlie on a Dog Rescue site and instantly felt a connection. Karen and her husband quickly fell for Charlie and knew right away that she was meant to be part of their family. "On our drive home, I kept calling my husband every 15 minutes to make sure the kids would have a HUGE SURPRISE!"
