00:04Delhi cops detain several protesters. Heavy police force has been deployed at Cannot Place.
00:09This is day two of what we saw play out on October 10th.
00:13Remember, Cannot Place is perhaps as far as people are being able to reach
00:19as far as the central Delhi is concerned because the rest of it,
00:23all other entry points moving toward Jantar Mantar have completely been blocked.
00:28Even those that head toward Jantar Mantar from Cannot Place have also been blocked.
00:34So what happens at this point is those circles, we have an inner road circle
00:38and an outer road circle in Cannot Place.
00:40People end up gathering in smaller groups, in scattered groups.
00:44That's what we've been seeing since yesterday, even when we were on the ground.
00:47That's where people are ending up gathering because they can't move toward Jantar Mantar.
00:51So which is why we see the protests being held there itself.
00:55Now there isn't much of a protest.
00:56It's more like gatherings and sloganeerings taking place.
01:02But the police is leaving no stone unturned at this given point to ensure that nothing,
01:09nothing disrupts the law and order in the national capital,
01:12which is why such high action can be seen from the police and the personnel that's been deployed there.
01:19There's RAF, there is CRPF, there is the BSF alongside the police.
01:24And this has continued for the entirety of another day, October 11th.
01:30The entirety of the episode that happened on October 10th could be seen replaying on October 11th.
01:37It's evening time as you can see in the visuals,
01:38but protesters still continue to gather and continue to get detailed in these buses.

02:15It's in fact 6 in the evening.
02:18And yet we see these protesters for a second day gather at the Karnat Place
02:24and continue to, in fact, protest or raise slogans because they're immediately being detained.
02:30So there isn't exactly a protest that is being demonstrated.
02:34We have been witnessing protests since today afternoon
02:37and we have seen that a student organization affiliated with the left parties
02:42have called a flash protest here in Karnat Place.
02:44And currently also we are seeing visuals from the central Delhi, especially the Karnat Place area
02:49which enjoys proximity with the Jantar Mantar
02:51where we have seen the various student organizations affiliated with the left and wrong.
02:56The parties as well as the corporate Janta Party, the pressure group,
02:59have called their protest march towards the Jantar Mantar
03:01and we are seeing that in very few numbers, protesters, demonstrators gather in Karnat Place
03:06and we are also seeing that heavy deployment of parametric forces and any police is done.
03:10And as they see accumulation of protesters means five to six protectors
03:14if they gather near Karnat Place or near Jantar Mantar area,
03:18they are all detained by the Delhi police.
03:20And still we are seeing these kind of waves by the protesters where they gather
03:23and then they are detained by the Delhi police and the parametric forces
03:27because still they have heavily barricaded all roads going towards the Jantar Mantar and the central area.
