20:38It's the most punishing Grand Prix, I think, of the year for me.
20:40It is the ultimate physical test.
20:42And, of course, all of these riders are practically triathlete fit.
20:46Of course, they do all sorts of training regimes.

20:50Many, of course, ride motocross.
20:52Many just go running.
20:53Of course, spend so much time in the gym.
20:55But there's very little you can do that can simulate this kind of scenario
21:00when you are put into this pressure cooker of a scenario,
21:04not just in terms of the temperature,
21:06but in terms of what's at stake and the effect that has on your heart rate,
21:11on your general physical condition.
21:13These riders, of course, their bravery is off the scale.
21:17Top-pramp has proven that by riding after dislocating his shoulder yesterday morning.
