00:24but everyone in Tassie just wears puffer jackets.
00:26And it's like, well, there's a bit more to fashion
00:27than that here in Tasmania.
00:28But we thought we would play on that.
00:30The event giving many an excuse to whip out
00:33their most trusted jacket.
00:35There'll be a lot of black, but I thought,
00:37oh, point of difference, we'll be the bright ones in the crowd.
00:40Not always the greatest look,
00:41but a very reliable jacket to wear in the Tassie weather.
00:44Both locals and tourists were in on the action.
00:47I've got about five different colours,
00:49so different thicknesses, so yeah, many.
00:53I had to borrow a puffer
00:54because I never have to wear one in Brisbane,
00:56so this has been very fun.
00:57As far as organisers know,
00:59nobody has ever tried to set this record before,
01:02so the number they land on today
01:03has become the bar for every puffer jacket gathering to come.
